Flat Sweet Home offers a variety of services according to the different needs of our clients:
- Temporary stays: Comfortable, fully furnished homes in Madrid for temporary stays with a justified purpose, under Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU). A signed rental agreement is required, available for 1 month or longer.
- Corporate rentals: Conveniently located apartments for rent in popular business areas of Madrid with easy access to public transportation. Luxurious accommodations with 1,2 or 3 bedrooms for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly rentals. Most apartments include free WiFi, linens, central heat/air, iron, microwave and fully equipped kitchens. We offer special packages for corporate rentals with discounts for stays longer than 4 months.
- Long term rentals: Making Madrid your home? We have homes for rent for a year or more, furnished and unfurnished.
