The apartment is ideal for visiting the sites of major interest in the city such as Plaza Mayor, the wonderful “Mercado de San Miguel” (San Miguel´s Market), La Latina neighborhood, the Royal Theatre and the Palace, only a few minutes on foot. It is located in a pedestrian street with restricted traffic, noise isolated despite being outside and being in the busiest area of ​​the city. With a modern and fresh decor giving brightness to all the spaces. The living room has a lovely balcony that overlooks the beautiful Conde de Barajas´ square.

With an area of ​​80m2 very well distributed, it is on the first floor (without lift), very easy to access. To the right of the entrance there are two rooms each one with its own balcony and a separated social area, with a master bedroom with double bed (queen 1.50m x 2.00m) and a second bedroom also with double bed. To the left the hall leads to a comfortable bathroom with shower and a spacious living-dining area with a wonderful natural light, a loveseat, TV and dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay.

Located in the historical center it represents a great choice for anyone looking to spend time in the exciting and vibrant Spanish capital. This area includes the origins of Madrid through its narrow winding streets. It located in the heart of old Madrid, the area of ​​greatest personality of the city and best commercial, cultural and leisure activities. You only have to go a little beyond Plaza Mayor to discover some of the great surprises Madrid offers, as the Mercado de San Miguel, a beautiful iron structure dating from 1913 and which houses an interesting Spanish cuisine where you can taste and buy high quality products. A few steps away is the “Arco de Cuchilleros”, a good place to drink good wine in his classic taverns or eat in typical Castillian mesons. The best known is La Casa Botin, founded in 1725, it still retains the old house and the original oven. Also a few minutes away you will find the Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Palace, the elegant Plaza de Oriente and the Opera Theater.

Check In:
When you arrive to the apartment, a Flat Sweet Home team member will provide you with all of the relevant information about the property and its surrounding area. You will be asked to sign the rental contract and entry form, show your passport and your credit card and pay the security deposit. You will then be handed the keys to your new apartment in Madrid!

We ask all of our clients to follow our apartment check in Policy:
•Check in hours are between 3:00pm and 9:00pm.
•If you would like to check-in before 3:00pm we will do our utmost to accommodate you. If an earlier Check in is not possible, you are more than welcome to leave your luggage in the apartment, go out and begin exploring Madrid and return to the apartment as of 3:00pm.
•If you would like to Check in after 9:00pm or sundays an additional fee of 30 euros will be charged; for Check ins after 11:00 pm a 50 euros fee will be charged.

Check Out:
On the day of your Check Out, you must vacate the apartment before 11:00am. We kindly ask that you inspect the apartment before leaving, dispose of any garbage, and leave the keys on the living room table, you don’t need to wait for us. Our team will arrive after you leave to clean up and to review the apartment inventory, in case we find any issue not reported we will send you an email attaching pictures.
If you would like to leave the apartment alter 11:00am we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs; however, it is vital that you inform us your plans in advance. If a late departure cannot be arranged, you are more than welcome to leave your packed luggage in the apartment and return to pick up before 3:00pm.
